Getting started

How do I sign up?: Go to strato-sport.com/login and continue with Google, or enter any email for a one-time sign-in link/code. No password to remember.
How do I link my Sleeper league?: From the home page, enter your Sleeper username to find leagues, or paste a league ID directly. We match your roster by Sleeper handle inside each league. After you add a league, we open the Trade Analyzer.
What if my username doesn't auto-match my team?: Sleeper display names can differ from your handle. If we can't match automatically, the dashboard asks you to pick your team from the league roster. That choice is saved for that linked league.
Can I link more than one league?: Yes on Pro. Rookie includes one linked league. Pro supports unlimited leagues for managers running multiple dynasties.
Which leagues are supported?: NFL leagues on Sleeper today. StratoSports is built for dynasty; keeper and redraft numbers may be approximate. Non-NFL sports are not supported yet.

What is Strato Value?: Strato Value is our market-free value anchor for your league format — starters, scoring, team count, and roster construction all feed in. It's the engine behind Edge % buy/sell signals.
What is Edge %?: Edge % measures how far the market sits from Strato Value. Positive edge suggests the market is underpricing a player relative to our model; negative edge suggests overpricing. It's a mispricing signal, not a guarantee.
How is Strato Value different from market consensus?: Market sites tell you what everyone already thinks. Strato Value is built to be format-aware and less anchored to herd consensus — so you can spot trades the market hasn't caught up to yet.
What is Blended Value?: Blended Value mixes Strato Value with market data for display contexts where a single number is useful. Edge % is always measured against Strato Value, not Blended Value alone.
Are values calibrated to my league?: Yes. Superflex, 2QB, TE premium, team count, and starter slots from your Sleeper league settings drive values, ADP context, and trade math — not a generic dynasty chart.

What does Rookie include?: One linked league, trade analyzer with market values, core roster views, and a preview of what Pro unlocks. No credit card required.
What does Pro include?: Unlimited leagues plus Strato Value, Edge %, Market Edge, Strategy, season outlook, waiver edge, trade finder, and the rest of the Pro dashboard.
What's the difference between Rookie and Pro?: Rookie is free: one linked league and market-based trade tools. Pro is $10/month or $60/year: unlimited leagues plus Strato Value, Edge %, Market Edge, Strategy, season outlook, and the rest of the Pro dashboard.

How much does Pro cost?: $10 per month or $60 per year via Stripe. Manage or cancel from the billing portal in your account.
Is my card information stored?: No. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe. StratoSports never sees or stores your card number.
What is the refund policy?: Cancel anytime in the Stripe billing portal. Refunds are reviewed case by case and approved only when the service failed on our side.
What happens if I cancel Pro?: You keep access through the end of the paid period, then move to Rookie (one league and market trade tools). Your linked leagues and account remain.

What data do you store?: Your sign-in identity (email, name; profile photo when you use Google), linked Sleeper league IDs, your selected roster per league, subscription status via Stripe, and GM preferences such as plan window. We do not store your Sleeper password.
Do you write to my Sleeper league?: No. StratoSports reads public Sleeper league data to power analytics. We do not post trades, change rosters, or act on your behalf inside Sleeper.
Do you sell my data?: No. We never sell or share your personal data for advertising. Your data is used only to run StratoSports — sign-in, linked leagues, and billing.
How do I delete my account and data?: Email support@strato-sport.com from your account address and we'll delete your account and associated data (linked leagues, roster selections, and preferences). Some billing records may be retained where required by tax or accounting law.
Do you use cookies?: A secure session cookie keeps you signed in, plus a small preference cookie (such as your Strato-Strategy window). We also use first-party analytics to measure site performance. Advertising measurement scripts load only when ad campaigns are configured. We do not sell your personal data.
Where is data hosted?: Your account data, the analytics engine, and payments run on established US cloud infrastructure providers (including Stripe for billing). We don't operate our own data centers, and we don't sell or share your data.

Who is behind StratoSports?: StratoSports is owned and operated by Brocone Companies LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, doing business as StratoSports. Support: support@strato-sport.com.
Where are the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service?: At strato-sport.com/privacy and strato-sport.com/terms, and linked in the footer of every page. The plain-English answers on this FAQ summarize them; the policies are the authoritative versions.
Is StratoSports affiliated with Sleeper or the NFL?: StratoSports is an independent tool. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sleeper. StratoSports is also not affiliated with the NFL or any NFL team.
Is this gambling or betting advice?: No. StratoSports is an informational and entertainment tool for managing fantasy rosters. It takes no wagers, pays no winnings, and its values and signals are model opinions — not guarantees, and not financial or gambling advice.

The dashboard asks which team is mine and won't save my pick: Hard-refresh the page, then pick your team again from the prompt. If it still won't save, remove the league from your account on the home page and link it again.
I linked a league but values look wrong: Confirm the league format in Sleeper matches what you expect (superflex, TE premium, etc.). Strato recalibrates to league settings on load. Redraft/keeper leagues may be approximate.
Can I scout another manager's team or a league I'm not in?: You can add leagues by ID and select a dashboard perspective for scouting. StratoSports does not verify Sleeper identity against your Google account — use league linking responsibly.
